The Organization serves to support all aspects of youth livestock projects in Eaton County, including, but not limited to education, administration, and management of the Livestock Auctions at the Eaton County Fair.

Upcoming Meetings:

  • Directors Meeting - March 12th at 6:30 pm

  • General Meeting - April 16th at 6:30 pm

  • Directors Meeting - May 14th at 6:30 pm

  • Directors Meeting - June 11th at 6:30 pm (Possible General meeting instead)

General membership shall receive one vote per family/residence. They must be a family member or the exhibitor who is planning to sell currently or have sold in the most recent sale. Also, livestock leaders and FFA advisors who are directly involved in the sale will receive one vote per family/residence.

​The Buyer's Workshop, which is an educational workshop for youth to go through sale forms and etiquette on finding a buyer, occurs at the April meeting. Resources from this can be found on the Exhibitors Information page.

2025 Eaton County Fairgrounds Front Office Hours

Front Office Hours

Pick up forms (pre-fair premiums, proxy forms, carcass packets, etc.) during these hours

Effective June 2, 2025:

Monday-Friday: 10 am to 6 pm daily

The front office will only be open for sale info until June 26th, please see the back office hours!

Back Office Hours

Pick up & drop off forms (pre-fair premiums, proxy forms, carcass packets, etc.) & come in for questions during these hours.

Buyers may come in to drop off premiums, submit payments, and pre-register for the sales.

On June 26th, the back office will take over all sales information from the front office!

These hours are subject to change, so please check before arrival to make sure we are open.

2025 ECYLO Exhibitor Check Pickup

Exhibitors who DID volunteer will be able to start picking up checks on Saturday, August 23rd.

Exhibitors who did NOT volunteer will be able to pick up starting on the "Pickup for Everyone" dates.

If you do not pickup your check by September 6th at 4 pm, you will have to wait until our General Meeting on October 9th to pick it up.
